Unsere zwei Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zueinander, am Ortsrand in ruhiger Lage mit fantastischen Panoramablick in die Bergwelt der Sächsischen-Böhmischen Schweiz. Beide Wohnungen bieten Platz für maximal 4 Erwachsene Personen plus Aufbettung.

Our non-smoking apartment offers comfort and relaxation. It is in a quiet area, at ground level and has a separate entrance. With two bedrooms and a kitchen, it is very suitable for both couples and families.
In less than 5 minutes you are in the forest and there are many opportunities for beautiful hikes or short walks around. On the terrace with barbecue and view on the Zschirnstein or at the fireplace you can conclude the (hiking) day comfortably.

Sie erwachen mit Vogelgezwitscher und der Bäcker bringt auf Wunsch frische Brötchen bis an die Tür. Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer(Sat-TV,Radio), Küchenzeile (mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kl.Backofen) und einem WC mit Dusche. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Ihr Auto parkt direkt am Haus. Unser Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Wander- Kletter- oder Radtouren.

Das große, sonnig und nahe der Elbe gelegene Ferienhaus mit Blick zu den Schrammsteinen ist die ideale Unterkunft für den Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden, zum Wandern, Radfahren oder einfach nur Relaxen.
Nur die Straße und der Elberadweg trennt das Grundstück vom eigenen Elbestrand mit Liegewiese und Bootsanlegemöglichkeit. Das StrandHaus bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Personen auf zwei Ebenen, ein überdachter Grillplatz mit rustikalen Holzbänken lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden in geselliger Runde ein.

Am Fuße des Großen Winterberges liegt die ca.68qm große Erdgeschosswohnung mit innenliegendem Badezimmer. Sie bietet außerdem einen herrlichen Blick über Schmilka. Die Lage direkt am Wald ist ein Paradies für Kinder, die herzlich Willkommen sind. Der Vermieter ist ein "Urgestein" der Umgebung mit 40 Jahren Walderfahrung und er kann tief in den Erfahrungsschatz greifen, was sich beim Kaminfeuer erleben lässt.

Our characteristic framehouse is situated in a cozy, quiet, sunny location and offers an apartment for 2 people (2 additional beds in the bedroom are possible), consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, garden and terracce. The district Ostrau is located above the town Bad Schandau, in the middle of the Schrammstein area and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes. After a short walk or bus ride you are in the town Bad Schandau, where further options for destinations are available, like a voyage on the river Elbe, a trip to the Bastei rock formation, a trip to the capital Dresden and many more.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. We would like to invite you to our comfortably furnished apartment (for 2-5 persons) in the village Mittelndorf, located in the Saxon Switzerland. Our village is in close proximity to the spa town Bad Schandau and is ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland. Here is also a transportation link with the bus, heading towards the large district town Sebnitz and Bad Schandau.

Our recently opened campsite, Kemp Děčín is trying to fulfill all ideas about quality accommodation especially for bike tourism on the newly opened Elbe Cycle Route.
