Our 200 years old and beautifully reorganized 3-sides-holiday farm (secluded situation, panorama view) offers 2 well furnished vacation homes. Family-friendly, for rainy days a play barn with ping-pong table, badminton and Dart is available. Renting possible throughout the whole year. 1 vacation home offers 76 square meter (holidays object 1 per day starting from 68 Euro), 1 dwelling, 2 sleep areas, 4 to 6 persons, sauna (4 Euro per Pers.) 1 vacation home 52 square meter (holidays object 2 per day starting from 44 Euro), 1 dwelling, 1 sleep area, 2 to 4 persons, medical massages and Yoga are possible.

Vacation home for 8-9 persons in calm location, 37sqm and 90sqm, separate entrance, terrace, dwelling with lounge, TV, radio, kitchenette with dinette, open passage to the sleep area (by curtain separable), double bed, sleep couch, bath with WC and shower.

The vacation home is convenient and central, situated in the ground level of our house which can be found right behind the hotel "Sigls". Renting possible during the whole year.
When driving on autobahn A17, then take the B172 highway to Bad Schandau (market) and change direction towards Hinterhermsdorf along the river Kirnitzsch until you reach the hotel "Sigls". You are just 300m away from the center (river Elbe).

We offer one vacation home and a holiday house in Rathmannsdorf near Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland, lain in a calmer but nevertheless central situation.
Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.

Die Villa aus den 30er Jahren des vorigen Jahrhunderts war einst das mondäne Wohnhaus des ehemaligen Bürgermeisters Arno Hohlfeld.
Heute sind hier zwei Etagenwohnungen für je bis zu 4 Personen mit dem berühmten "Dolomitenblick" zu den Schrammsteinen. Das stilsichere Haus mit seinen ausladenden überdachten Balkonen und den traditionellen Fensterläden ist umfangreich möbliert mit voll ausgestatteten Küchen, sonnigem Wohnzimmer und separaten Schlafzimmern sowie eingebettet in einen Rosengarten mit Liegewiese und eigenem Elbestrand.

Urgemütlich wohnen wie die alten Müllersleute im ältesten Haus von Schmilka von 1665, direkt über dem Mühlrad am plätschernden Bach und mit Blick in den Mühlenhof.
Authentischer geht es nicht! Mitten in der Sächsischen Schweiz und direkt am Malerweg gelegen, verzaubert das historische Ensemble aus Forsthaus, Mühle, Biergarten und Badehaus im Dorfkern von Schmilka, dem besonderen Ortsteil von Bad Schandau.

Desire for a vacation with friends? Then you should visit our holiday barn. At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. Gut zu erreichen sind von hier unter anderem Prag, Dresden, Meißen, Radebeul oder das Osterzgebirge.

Built with natural materials as plenty as possible, each area is designed and in coordination according to regional structures. The vacation home is brightly, friendly and overall generously proportioned, for friends, pairs and families. Different areas for common activities, games and discussions, or just to withdraw from any stress. In addition there is a play barn with a large sandpit, ping-pong, Dart,… a large meadow with a fire place. From the apartment you have a beautiful view on the Schrammsteine, the Falkenstein… meadows and forest. We would be glad to accommodate you!
