Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.

Unser Feriendomizil ist ruhig gelegen mit Gondelteich und Kinderspielanlage im Garten mit Trampolin und Outdoortischtennisplatte. Ausflüge ins Kirnitzschtal zum Lichtenhainer Wasserfall, Kuhstall, in den Nationalpark Sächsische Schweiz sind direkt ab Unterkunft möglich. Der großzügig angelegte Garten mit Grillplatz und mehreren kleinen Sitzgruppen lädt zur Entspannung ein.
Insgesamt sind 3 Ferienwohnungen im Objekt vorhanden. Fewo 1 EG/ 70qm mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Terrasse / 2 Schlafzimmern. Fewo 2 EG/ 45qm mit Balkon / 1 Schlafzimmer. Fewo 3 im I. OG/ 58qm mit Balkon / 2 Schlafzimmern.

Inspiriert vom Wald und der Jagd, wo einst Jägermeister und Försterleute wohnten, sind heute komfortable und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Hotelapartments für zwei, vier oder sechs Personen. Die frisch renovierten Ferienwohnungen, mit Holzfußböden, ausgesuchtem antiken Mobiliar und Naturlatexschlafsystemen ausgestattet, lassen Sie von der Zeit des 19. Jahrhunderts träumen, als die Maler der Romantik das Elbsandsteingebirge für sich entdeckten. Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Die 65 qm große Ferienwohnung ist in unserem Garten ruhig gelegen und durch eine Außentreppe mit separatem Eingang zu erreichen. Es steht Ihnen eine Wohnküche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Schlafzimmer, kombinierter Wohn- und Schlafraum, Bad mit Dusche und WC, teilweise verglaster Eingangsbereich mit Balkon zur Verfügung.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inclusive. Vom Fön bis zum Mixer ist alles vorhanden.
Physiotherapeutische Behandlungen, Entspannungsmassagen sowie osteopathische Behandlungen können in meiner Praxis in Anspruch genommen werden.

Our hotel is situated directly at the slope of the Elbe; wonderful view over the Elbe valley from the Lilienstein to the fortress Königstein. The reception is open day and night. From 7-10 o'clock breakfast buffett, from 12 o'clock our restaurant is opened with panorama pavilion and during beautiful weather the terrace.
Good connection to public transportation – 600m away you have rapid-transit railway station, ship and ferry pier, station Festungs-express and Bastei-clamber. In-house parking lots are available sufficiently. In the house are sauna, whirlpool, bicycle rental and a sales exhibition of erzgebirgian folk art. Dogs are welcome.

The intimate house was restored costly until 2001. You find here modern dwellings with complete comfort. The use of natural wood and stone gives a suitable ambience to the house. A visit of our approx. 3 ha large property with strewing fruit meadows, firs and old trees is a great experience for the kids. Balconies and terraces invite to relax. Even evenings at the campfire are possible. On rainy days or in the winter you will enjoy natatorium and sauna.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
