Do you have desire spending your holidays in a barn? We integrated an individual 2 level vacation home carefully into the existing basic fabric. Built with natural materials as plenty as possible, each area is designed and in coordination according to regional structures. The vacation home is brightly, friendly and overall generously proportioned, for friends, pairs and families. Different areas for common activities, games and discussions, or just to withdraw from any stress. In addition there is a play barn with a large sandpit, ping-pong, Dart,… a large meadow with a fire place. From the apartment you have a beautiful view on the Schrammsteine, the Falkenstein… meadows and forest. We would be glad to accommodate you!

Distance to the route " Malerweg" already after approximately 7 walking minutes, first panoramic views after 5 minutes. A free open-air water park with adventure playground, large meadow, football and volleyball court, beer garden and historical land equipment exhibition are present.
Our Holiday flats all have outer terraces with seat and BBQ possibility. In our games room you can choose from Billiard, TT, Dart as well as various board and dice games without charge. We hope you will have a pleasant stay.

Our small resort Thürmsdorf lies close to the fortress Königstein. Our holiday room is ideal for calm and recreative days as well as for many trips into our beautiful Elbe Sandstone Mountains. The Bastei, the rock stage in Rathen and the Schrammsteine are worth a trip.
The cultural cities Dresden and Meißen can be approached fast by car and with the rapid-transit railway.
In our room TV and refrigerator are present. Preparing a small meal is uncomplicated and a small terrace invites for breakfast in the sun.

At the outskirts of the national park Saxon Switzerland, directly at the base of the Lilienstein, we offer in very calm situation a Holiday flat (70sqm) for 2-7 persons starting from 80, - €/day. It consists of 2 Doppelzimmer with 2 separate Shower/WC, 2 additional beds possible, 1 living room with radio, TV, telephone, complete kitchen, central heating, terrace with BBQ possibility, parking lot at the house, restaurant 150m away. Holiday flat is very well suitable for family with children or for married couples. Favorable starting point for trips into the Saxon Switzerland, to Dresden it is 40km which takes just 45minutes with rapid-transit railway.

Zu unserem Ferienobjekt gehört noch ein Bungalow mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern, kleiner Küche und Aufenthaltsraum. Das Grundstück befindet sich direkt im romantischen Kirnitzschtal in ruhiger Lage am Wasser und bietet ideale Bedingungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Mit der historischen Kirnitzschtalbahn kommen Sie bequem durch das Kirnitzschtal bis zum Lichtenhainer Wasserfall und zu anderen Ausgangspunkten für interessante Wanderungen durch die einzigartige Natur und Felsenwelt. In Bad Schandau haben Sie gute Anbindungen zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wie Bus, S-Bahn und Elbschiffahrt. Das Zentrum von Bad Schandau erreichen Sie von uns aus in ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Enjoy the modern, rural flair in our 3 new comfortably furnished holiday apartments. Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Internet access and the telephone can be used for a fee.

We offer one vacation home and a holiday house in Rathmannsdorf near Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland, lain in a calmer but nevertheless central situation.
Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.
