Renting possible throughout the whole year. 1 vacation home offers 76 square meter (holidays object 1 per day starting from 68 Euro), 1 dwelling, 2 sleep areas, 4 to 6 persons, sauna (4 Euro per Pers.) 1 vacation home 52 square meter (holidays object 2 per day starting from 44 Euro), 1 dwelling, 1 sleep area, 2 to 4 persons, medical massages and Yoga are possible.

Our characteristic framehouse is situated in a cozy, quiet, sunny location and offers an apartment for 2 people (2 additional beds in the bedroom are possible), consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, garden and terracce. Pets are welcome (please make announcement in advance). The district Ostrau is located above the town Bad Schandau, in the middle of the Schrammstein area and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes. After a short walk or bus ride you are in the town Bad Schandau, where further options for destinations are available, like a voyage on the river Elbe, a trip to the Bastei rock formation, a trip to the capital Dresden and many more.

Am Fuße des Großen Winterberges liegt die ca.68qm große Erdgeschosswohnung mit innenliegendem Badezimmer. Sie bietet außerdem einen herrlichen Blick über Schmilka. Die Lage direkt am Wald ist ein Paradies für Kinder, die herzlich Willkommen sind. Start your hikes from our house into the back country of Saxon Switzerland and into Bohemian Switzerland. You will be rewarded with wonderful panoramic views on idylic landscapes and bizarre sandstone rocks.

Unser Haus befindet sich am Ortseingang von Bad Schandau. Hier bieten wir Ihnen zwei gemütliche, modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnungen mit je 4 Betten und einer Aufbettung, mit Balkon und Elbblick in der ersten bzw. zweiten Etage.
Unser Haus liegt an der Elbpromenade und dem sehr beliebten Elbradweg.
Bis zum Zentrum, Dampferanlegestelle, Bahnhof und Toskana Therme sind es circa 10-15 Minuten Fußweg.
Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele sind von uns gut erreichbar - auch ganz bequem mit der S-Bahn.
