Wir haben das Ferienhaus 2017 komplett saniert. Es bietet Ihnen auf 150 qm alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen und ist ausgestattet für 6 bis 8 Personen. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 separate Bäder, einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche sowie einer urigen Sitzecke am Haus. Grill, Räucherofen und Feuerstelle sind vorhanden.
Das Haus wird nur komplett und ab mindestens 5 Tagen Aufenthalt vermietet (Nichtraucherhaus). Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht. Am Haus befinden sich 3 Parkplätze.

Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.

Our 4 stars guesthouse with 3 dwellings lies in the middle of Saxon Switzerland. All dwellings are completely furnished. The atmosphere is bright and friendly. You have a view on the fortress Königstein and the Pfaffenstein. Moreover our garden with beautiful meadow invites to relax.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Krippen liegt auf der anderen Elbseite von Bad Schandau, hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus, Bahn und Fähre. Im Ort befinden sich Gaststätten, Einkaufsmarkt und eine Kegelbahn. Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele ins Elbsandsteingebirge sind von uns gut zu erreichen. In die Kunststadt Dresden fahren Sie von Krippen in kurzer Zeit bequem im S-Bahnverkehr. Bis zum Grenzübergang nach Tschechien sind es nur ca.10 km.

The intimate house was restored costly until 2001. You find here modern dwellings with complete comfort. The use of natural wood and stone gives a suitable ambience to the house. A visit of our approx. 3 ha large property with strewing fruit meadows, firs and old trees is a great experience for the kids. Balconies and terraces invite to relax. Even evenings at the campfire are possible. On rainy days or in the winter you will enjoy natatorium and sauna.
