We invite you to what is probably the most beautiful holiday region in Germany.
Our resort is surrounded by breathtaking nature and poetic sandstone formations. Immerse yourself in a world full of deceleration and well-being. With direct eye contact to the bastion, you can relax at the pool or conquer the barefoot pad.

The wellness area is freely available to you. Not only do we offer you plenty of space to relax and switch off - you can also experience many activities in and around our resort. Children's playgrounds, e-bike rental and the Malerweg are just a stone's throw away. Discover Saxon Switzerland with all its facets. The Parkhotel, located amidst a grand park next to the Elbe promenade of the idyllic spa Bad Schandau and rich in tradition, is looking forward to your visit. Due to its unique position in the heart of Saxon Switzerland, the hotel is ideal for recreation and relaxation. At the same time it’s the perfect starting point for all of your holiday activities.
The architectural ensemble of the Parkhotel is characterised by two lovingly restored villas and the relocated building of the "Residenz Elbblick". Altogether they form a perfect composition of history and modernity. The in room amenities of the 73 modern rooms include a shower or a bathroom, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and Internet. There is an elevator to every floor.

Inmitten herrlicher Natur zu Füßen der beiden Bärensteine erwartet Sie unser liebevoll saniertes Ferienhaus. Es bietet Platz für 2 Personen und eine Aufbettung ist problemlos möglich. Wer dem Alltagsstress mit vollem Terminkalender und Hektik entfliehen möchte, ist bei uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Besonderes Merkmale unserer Lage sind die Stille und die Naturbelassenheit unserer Umgebung. Fühlen Sie sich bei uns für einige Tage "zu Hause".

Our house is an in calm location at the forest and offers a unique view on the rock world of Saxon Switzerland. Friendly furnished rooms in the cosy ambience await you for a recreative vacation. Our rooms have shower/WC/TV, partly balcony and the apartment roof terrace. Approx. only 8 minutes walking to the Elbe wheer are the piers and rapid-transit railway connection. The art city Dresden can be reached in 35 minutes and the health resort Bad Schandau just after two stops. Bohemian Switzerland can also be approached comfortably with this railway line.

The vacation home is convenient and central, situated in the ground level of our house which can be found right behind the hotel "Sigls". Renting possible during the whole year.
When driving on autobahn A17, then take the B172 highway to Bad Schandau (market) and change direction towards Hinterhermsdorf along the river Kirnitzsch until you reach the hotel "Sigls". You are just 300m away from the center (river Elbe).

At the base of the fortress Königstein (5 minutes.) our place offers real hospitality in a calm situation. The kitchen of the house mixes Saxonian tradition with selected international specialities, which can be enjoyed in the neighboring beer garden. Modern equipped single, double and multi-bed rooms invite also stay for a longer period. A worth visit for the whole family is the nearby mini-golf park.
