Krippen liegt auf der anderen Elbseite von Bad Schandau, hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus, Bahn und Fähre. Im Ort befinden sich Gaststätten, Einkaufsmarkt und eine Kegelbahn. Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele ins Elbsandsteingebirge sind von uns gut zu erreichen. In die Kunststadt Dresden fahren Sie von Krippen in kurzer Zeit bequem im S-Bahnverkehr. Bis zum Grenzübergang nach Tschechien sind es nur ca.10 km.

Von Bad Schandau haben Sie eine gute S-Bahnanbindung in die Kunststadt Dresden. Eine Anlegestelle der Elbdampfer befindet sich ebenfalls in Bad Schandau.

Our vacation homes lies in the center of Saxon Switzerland directly in „Prossner Gründel" valley. The Elbe, the Elbradweg bike route and the sandstone are close and thus invite for sporty activities, (water sport, bike tours, climbing and hiking).

The hotel "Golden Linden" was built newly in the place of a former hunting lodge, that used to be a property of the Thun Family. Its facilities can satisfy even the most demanding costumers. Our hotel offers a year-round accommodation in 20 luxurious double rooms, a restaurant, wine cellar, large parking place, garage, fitness, wellness, massages and other services.
The four star hotel "Golden Linden" is located in a quiet part of the town Děčín. A friendly and helpful crew, family atmosphere and a professional service awaits you in our hotel. Our quiet apartment is located in an idyllic setting with a boating pond and offers ideal conditions for a relaxed holiday in the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Trips to the Kirnitzschtal valley, the Lichtenhainer waterfall or to the Kuhstall rock arc, just to name a few options, are all highly recommended. Furthermore a trip to the capital city Dresden is also a nice alternative. Nevertheless here you can relax in a “play barn” with table tennis and a swimming pool. Our village has three restaurants, of which one even has with a bowling alley.

In the reconstructed half timbered house build in 1770 we are happy to offer you styleful vacation homes. Our central situation is ideal for hikes and trips to all Saxonian Bohemian nearby destinies. Already after 10 hiking minutes you reach our " Steinberghütte" hut and experience the panorama of the Saxon Switzerland back-country.
Rustic evenings at the campfire, contemplative hours on the south terrace or balcony and romance with candle light in the cellar vault are to complete a perfect vacation. For fitness balance you can use our ping-pong table, Badminton as well as board and dice games. You find a free open-air swimming pool in the neighbour village. Next to our yard is the land bakery shop.
