Die Villa aus den 30er Jahren des vorigen Jahrhunderts war einst das mondäne Wohnhaus des ehemaligen Bürgermeisters Arno Hohlfeld.
Heute sind hier zwei Etagenwohnungen für je bis zu 4 Personen mit dem berühmten "Dolomitenblick" zu den Schrammsteinen. Das stilsichere Haus mit seinen ausladenden überdachten Balkonen und den traditionellen Fensterläden ist umfangreich möbliert mit voll ausgestatteten Küchen, sonnigem Wohnzimmer und separaten Schlafzimmern sowie eingebettet in einen Rosengarten mit Liegewiese und eigenem Elbestrand.

The wellness area is freely available to you. Not only do we offer you plenty of space to relax and switch off - you can also experience many activities in and around our resort. Let yourself be enchanted on the rock stage in Rathen or in the Tom Pauls Theater in Pirna. Climb the largest mountain fortress in Europe in Königstein. The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. It is just the multifaceted nature of the landscapes which assures that the entire family will never be bored. The walking paths range from easy and flat to very steep and varied for more adventure. The climbs in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are legendary, leading you along the cliff top, which are equipped with iron ladders and steps.

Our house is an in calm location at the forest and offers a unique view on the rock world of Saxon Switzerland. Friendly furnished rooms in the cosy ambience await you for a recreative vacation. Our rooms have shower/WC/TV, partly balcony and the apartment roof terrace. Approx. only 8 minutes walking to the Elbe wheer are the piers and rapid-transit railway connection. The art city Dresden can be reached in 35 minutes and the health resort Bad Schandau just after two stops. Bohemian Switzerland can also be approached comfortably with this railway line.

Holiday house in central and calm setting with beautiful panoramic view. The house consists of 3 separate vacation homes with balcony or terrace and one comfortable double room for breakfast. Cosy sheltered BBQ place with billiard room available. A store, bakery and cafe house are just few walking minutes away.

Private rooms and holiday flats and vacation houses in calm and beautiful area. Cosy lounge with SAT-TV and mini kitchen. Ideally also for small groups and families with children. Central starting point for many beautiful hikes and trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Cosy terrace with view on the mountains and BBQ possibility.
If desired breakfast or roll service possible. On our yard there are to 2 Ponys, cats and chickens. You can bring along your pet. Renting possible during whole year.

Elbschifferhaus:
Auf 150qm könnt ihr euch mit guten Freunden treffen oder die ganze Familie einladen. Bis zu 10 Personen können hier gemeinsam Essen, Kochen, Entspannen, Verweilen, Lesen, Spielen. Das Highlight: die Blockstube mit dem schönen großen Kachelofen. Im großen Garten oder auf der Terrasse unter dem Walnussbaum finden sich gemütliche Plätze zum Grillen und Entspannen. Nach langen Radtouren oder Wanderungen wächst die Freude auf die Sauna im alten Ziegenstall oder den beheizbaren Waschzuber im Garten.

Steinbrecherstube:
Unsere gute Stube zum Erholen und Entspannen für Zwei. Ganz viel Wohlfühlatmosphäre im offenen Wohn- und Essbereich zum Kochen & Genießen in der Küche, beim ins Feuer des Gussofens schauen oder bei einem guten Buch eingemummelt in der Lesekoje. Bei Weitblick auf Felsen und Wälder träumt ihr im großen Doppelbett unter dem Dach von den nächsten Wanderungen.
Nach langen Touren erholen sich eure müden Füße unter dem Sternhimmel im warmen Waschzuber oder in der Sauna auf dem Hang.

Die 65 qm große Ferienwohnung ist in unserem Garten ruhig gelegen und durch eine Außentreppe mit separatem Eingang zu erreichen. Es steht Ihnen eine Wohnküche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Schlafzimmer, kombinierter Wohn- und Schlafraum, Bad mit Dusche und WC, teilweise verglaster Eingangsbereich mit Balkon zur Verfügung.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inclusive. Vom Fön bis zum Mixer ist alles vorhanden.
Physiotherapeutische Behandlungen, Entspannungsmassagen sowie osteopathische Behandlungen können in meiner Praxis in Anspruch genommen werden.
