Unser Haus befindet sich am Ortseingang von Bad Schandau. Hier bieten wir Ihnen zwei gemütliche, modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnungen mit je 4 Betten und einer Aufbettung, mit Balkon und Elbblick in der ersten bzw. zweiten Etage.
Unser Haus liegt an der Elbpromenade und dem sehr beliebten Elbradweg.
Bis zum Zentrum, Dampferanlegestelle, Bahnhof und Toskana Therme sind es circa 10-15 Minuten Fußweg.
Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele sind von uns gut erreichbar - auch ganz bequem mit der S-Bahn.

The holiday house lies on a former barnyard in the municipality Lohmen. On our property we still do agriculture to a small extent, while you can enjoy our farm animals. Our property is in the middle of the village at a very calm road.
The holiday house consists of 3 vacation homes for 2-4 persons (additional beds possible). All dwellings are equipped with Sat TV. Towels and bedlinen are inclusive. The renting is possible during the whole year. Moreover we have a terrace with BBQ possibility and parking lots.

Unser Ferienhaus "Morgensonne" (ab 48€ p.N.) ist ruhig im Ort gelegen, im ländlichen Stil eingerichtet und bis in die Dachspitze mit Holz verkleidet. Ein gemütlicher Wohnbereich, auf der einen Seite mit Küchenzeile und Eckbankgruppe sowie Couchgarnitur und TV in der anderen Raumhälfte, erwartet Sie nach Ihrer Tour zum Relaxen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett im EG sowie 2 Aufbettungen im Dachgeschoss,(letztere über eine Leiter zu erreichen) stehen zur Verfügung. Auf der Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln ist Grillen jederzeit möglich.
Unsere kleine Ferienwohnung (ab 34€ p.N.) bietet Platz für 2 Personen, ist zentral gelegen und ca. 28qm groß. Eine Gewölbedecke und im Stil angepasste Accessoires gefallen nicht nur Romantikern. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ohne Treppen und die Fewo ist für Kurzübernachtungen geeignet. Eine kleine Sitzecke im Grünen sowie ein über-dachter Stellplatz im Hof stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung.
Sie können direkt von hier entlang des Malerweges ins Kirnitzschtal oder auf dem Panoramaweg loswandern. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch.

The farmhouse is situated directly at the Elbe, at the Elbradweg bike route and close to a train station, thus being an ideal starting point for hikes into the Saxon Switzerland. A nearby water park is only 3 walking minutes away.

Our comfortably furnished 2 holiday flats with 38 sqm each and part of a monument-protected house offer space for 2-4 persons. Each dwelling has 1 combined apartment/sleep area, apartment kitchen, Shower/WC, central heating, Sat TV, WIFI and Telephone. Additional beds for 5,00 € per person and night possible, all-season renting, parking lot at the house.
Beautiful calm location at the outskirts of the Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland, restaurants and horse riding are in the village. Seats and BBQ place at the house. Enjoy our original Hungarian goulash cooked over open fire? Address me.

In dieser mühevoll und mit Liebe zum Detail restaurierten alten Bauernscheune erwarten Sie vier komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen für je 3-5 Personen. Nach Ihren Tagestouren durch die Sächsische Schweiz und durch das Elbsandsteingebirge lädt eine überdachte Sitzecke mit Grillmöglichkeit zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Vom Haus können Sie direkt loswandern - die Rathener Felsen sowie den imposanten Lilienstein erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten.

Im Landstreicherhaus stehen für Gäste 3 Ferienwohnungen im EG und 1. OG mit unterschiedlicher Bettenzahl zur Verfügung. Jede ist über einen separaten Eingang erreichbar und ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Ausserdem kann der Garten genutzt werden, ob zum Lesen, Spielen, Grillen, Chillen, Sterne beobachten - jeder wie er mag.
Durch das nahe gelegene Elbsandsteingebirge führen Wanderrouten für alle Beinlängen und Dresden, Bautzen, Görlitz und andere schöne Städte sind in einigen Autominuten oder mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen.

Das Ferienhaus bietet Ihnen Raum für ganz individuelle Ferien. Es ist Platz für 2-4 Personen. Im Erdgeschoß des Hauses finden sie den Wohnraum mit Kachelofen und Satelliten-TV, eine kleine Küche und das Bad mit Dusche und WC. Im oberen Geschoß ist das Schlafzimmer. Eine sonnige Terrasse mit Sitzecke befindet sich gleich vor der Tür.

Zusätzlich bieten wir für Wanderer auf dem Malerweg noch eine kleine Ferienwohnung für Kurzübernachtungen an.
