Unsere zwei Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zueinander, am Ortsrand in ruhiger Lage mit fantastischen Panoramablick in die Bergwelt der Sächsischen-Böhmischen Schweiz. Beide Wohnungen bieten Platz für maximal 4 Erwachsene Personen plus Aufbettung.

The hotel "Golden Linden" was built newly in the place of a former hunting lodge, that used to be a property of the Thun Family. Its facilities can satisfy even the most demanding costumers. Our hotel offers a year-round accommodation in 20 luxurious double rooms, a restaurant, wine cellar, large parking place, garage, fitness, wellness, massages and other services.
The four star hotel "Golden Linden" is located in a quiet part of the town Děčín. A friendly and helpful crew, family atmosphere and a professional service awaits you in our hotel. Our comfortably furnished 2 holiday flats with 38 sqm each and part of a monument-protected house offer space for 2-4 persons. Each dwelling has 1 combined apartment/sleep area, apartment kitchen, Shower/WC, central heating, Sat TV, WIFI and Telephone. Additional beds for 5,00 € per person and night possible, all-season renting, parking lot at the house.

The Parkhotel, located amidst a grand park next to the Elbe promenade of the idyllic spa Bad Schandau and rich in tradition, is looking forward to your visit. Due to its unique position in the heart of Saxon Switzerland, the hotel is ideal for recreation and relaxation. At the same time it’s the perfect starting point for all of your holiday activities.
The architectural ensemble of the Parkhotel is characterised by two lovingly restored villas and the relocated building of the "Residenz Elbblick". Altogether they form a perfect composition of history and modernity. The in room amenities of the 73 modern rooms include a shower or a bathroom, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and Internet. There is an elevator to every floor.

Auf dem Ferienhof Hering werden derzeit 3 Fewos vermietet die jeweils über zwei bzw. drei getrennte Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Bad mit Dusche und WC verfügen. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss (renoviert 2015) ist bequem für 6 Personen geeignet und verfügt über eine komplette Einbauküche mit allem nötigen Zubehör. Die große Wohnung (80 m²) in der ersten Etage, die wir 2014 saniert haben, verfügt über eine Einkaubküche mit Herd und Geschirrspüler, einen großen Balkon und bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen + Kleinkind. Die kleinere Wohnung in der 1. Etage (50 m²), auch im Jahr 2015 saniert bzw. neu geschaffen, verfügt ebenfalls über eine komplette Einbauküche, zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett, das andere mit Doppelstockbett, Bad mit DU/WC und Wohnbereich.
Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich ein Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtisch, Dart und Gesellschaftsspielen, der zu gemütlichen Abenden einlädt und von allen Gästen genutzt werden kann. Im Hof steht ein gemauerter Grill und Tische und Bänke zum Entspannen.

Wir bieten unseren Gästen 4 unterschiedliche Ferienwohnungen. Jede Wohnung ist individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Zwei Ferienwohnungen für je 2 Personen bestehen jeweils aus einem kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Sat-TV und Radio, einer kleinen Küche mit Sitzecke sowie einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.
Die dritte Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit einer Schlafcouch, Sat-TV und Radio, einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, einem Flur, einer Küche mit Sitzecke sowie einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.
Die vierte Ferienwohnung bittet Platz für maximal 6 Personen. Sie besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern mit Badewanne und/oder Dusche, einer Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit und einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Sat-TV.
Kinder sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Federball-, Ball- und Kartenspiele sind vorhanden. Zusätzlich ist möglich sich ein Kinderbett auszuleihen.
In unserem Garten können Sie sich nach Ihren Wanderungen und Ausflügen entspannen und erholen. Gartenmöbel stehen auf der Terrasse für Sie bereit.
Auch ein separater Freizeitraum mit Tischtennis, Kicker und einer Sitzgelegenheit steht Ihnen zur Verfügung.
Alle drei Ferienwohnungen sind mit Heizung ausgestattet und können zusammen oder einzeln gemietet werden

Surrounded by nature, Apartmenthaus Saxonia is set in a beautiful historic building just 400 m from the center of Bad Schandau. It a spacious terrace and free wired internet. The country-style apartments come with free WiFi, satellite TV and a living room with sofas. Each one is stylishly decorated with chandeliers and elegant antiques, and they all come with either a balcony or a terrace.

The vacation home facing to the south is in the ground floor of our timber building. There is a separate entrance through the garden, where also seatings can be found.

Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.
