Our vacation homes lies in the center of Saxon Switzerland directly in „Prossner Gründel" valley. The Elbe, the Elbradweg bike route and the sandstone are close and thus invite for sporty activities, (water sport, bike tours, climbing and hiking).

The beautiful panorama with Germany`s last idel landscape will take you to breathtaking moments. Beside the range of cultural offers our “triology” of our bio-cuisine, active- and relax programmes will bring you the perfect holiday. Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.

Visit our idyllic and calm holiday house with mountain view and pure nature. You will relax undisturbed in a separate vacation house with private property. Even your children will love this place, as the holiday house is far from traffic roads.
For a active recreation like hiking or climbing, our holiday house is central starting point. The near-by " Toscana thermae" (Wellness bath) in Bad Schandau as well as other recreation offerings are also highly regarded destinies.

Urgemütlich wohnen wie die alten Müllersleute im ältesten Haus von Schmilka von 1665, direkt über dem Mühlrad am plätschernden Bach und mit Blick in den Mühlenhof.
Authentischer geht es nicht! Mitten in der Sächsischen Schweiz und direkt am Malerweg gelegen, verzaubert das historische Ensemble aus Forsthaus, Mühle, Biergarten und Badehaus im Dorfkern von Schmilka, dem besonderen Ortsteil von Bad Schandau.

Diese Leistungen sind im Zimmerpreis inklusive:
- Bio-Langschläfer-Frühstücksbuffet bis 12 Uhr
- Nutzung des Badehauses mit Panoramasaunen und Ruhebereichen, inkl. Saunatücher

Unsere Pension ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen zum Prebischtor oder eine Kahnfahrt in den Klammen. Auch die Elbtalaussicht Belveder ist nicht weit einfernt.
Unsere Pension ist das ganze Jahr geöffnet und bietet 15 Personen Platz. Unser Parkplatz ist abschließbar. Räder und Motorräder werden ebenfalls sicher untergestellt.
Im Außenbereich gibt es zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse und im Garten.

The bungalows and tourist accommodations are simply equipped: bunk beds, table and chairs as well as refrigerator and hot air blower for cold days.
Washing and shower possible, toilets are available in the social building and the sanitary container.
Your caravan can be also left on the stand during the winter months, as there will be daily security checks.
Our location is opened from 30th March until 31st October opened.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Dorf Dolní Chřibská an der Grenze zwischen zwei Landschaftsschutzgebieten - Lausitzer Gebirge und Elbsandstein und dem Nationalpark Böhmische Schweiz. Seine Lage ist praktisch das Tor zum Nationalpark.
Kapazität ist 10 Personen, die bequem in 3 Schlafzimmern schlafen können. Das Ferienhaus verfügt außerdem über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, ein Badezimmer mit Toilette auf jeder Etage und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Esszimmer.
Das Ferienhaus mit großem Garten, Pergola und Grill ist die ideale Wahl für alle, die einen aktiven, aber auch ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Rad- und Wanderwege.

• Die Mindestaufenthaltsdauer außerhalb der Sommersaison beträgt 3 Nächte zu einem Preis von 110 EUR/Nacht/4 Personen.
• Im Preis inbegriffen: Unterkunft, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und normaler Wasserverbrauch.
• Der Stromverbrauch ist nicht im Preis enthalten. Wir berechnen nach dem tatsächlichen Verbrauch: Strom 60 Cent/kWh und Gas 1,20 EUR/m3

Die neu, modern und liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bietet bis zu 4 Personen Platz für erholsame und erlebnisreiche Urlaubstage im Elbsandsteingebirge.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ca. 55 m² groß.
Sie verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke, Sat-TV, Bücher und Spiele und einen Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen.
In der Küche sind Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, 4-Zonen-Cerankochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube und Mikrowelle vorhanden.
Das große Bad mit Fenster verügt über eine Dusche, WC und Föhn.
Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett (180x200) und ein Einzelbett.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der 1. Etage unseres Fachwerkhauses.

Our characteristic framehouse is situated in a cozy, quiet, sunny location and offers an apartment for 2 people (2 additional beds in the bedroom are possible), consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, garden and terracce. Pets are welcome (please make announcement in advance). The district Ostrau is located above the town Bad Schandau, in the middle of the Schrammstein area and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes. After a short walk or bus ride you are in the town Bad Schandau, where further options for destinations are available, like a voyage on the river Elbe, a trip to the Bastei rock formation, a trip to the capital Dresden and many more.
