Our 200 years old and beautifully reorganized 3-sides-holiday farm (secluded situation, panorama view) offers 2 well furnished vacation homes. Family-friendly, for rainy days a play barn with ping-pong table, badminton and Dart is available. Renting possible throughout the whole year. 1 vacation home offers 76 square meter (holidays object 1 per day starting from 68 Euro), 1 dwelling, 2 sleep areas, 4 to 6 persons, sauna (4 Euro per Pers.) 1 vacation home 52 square meter (holidays object 2 per day starting from 44 Euro), 1 dwelling, 1 sleep area, 2 to 4 persons, medical massages and Yoga are possible.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Our house is located in a central yet very quiet location in the town Wehlen. Shopping possibilities and the steamboat pier can be reached within 3-5 min by walking. The apartments are located on the first floor, equipped in a comfortable and contemporary design and rated with 3 stars. The larger apartment has a balcony with a nice view on the landscape. Guests taking the smaller apartment are allowed to use the seats in our garden. The house is located in a quiet residential street where the kids can play around the house safely.

Wir bieten Ihnen eine komfortable Ferienwohnung 70 m² mit separatem Eingang im Erdgeschoss. Außerdem ein kleines Ferienhaus, 36 m² komplett eingerichtet. Zu unserem Ferienobjekt gehört noch ein Bungalow mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern, kleiner Küche und Aufenthaltsraum. Das Grundstück befindet sich direkt im romantischen Kirnitzschtal in ruhiger Lage am Wasser und bietet ideale Bedingungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Mit der historischen Kirnitzschtalbahn kommen Sie bequem durch das Kirnitzschtal bis zum Lichtenhainer Wasserfall und zu anderen Ausgangspunkten für interessante Wanderungen durch die einzigartige Natur und Felsenwelt. In Bad Schandau haben Sie gute Anbindungen zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wie Bus, S-Bahn und Elbschiffahrt. Das Zentrum von Bad Schandau erreichen Sie von uns aus in ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß.

In the reconstructed half timbered house build in 1770 we are happy to offer you styleful vacation homes. Our central situation is ideal for hikes and trips to all Saxonian Bohemian nearby destinies. Already after 10 hiking minutes you reach our " Steinberghütte" hut and experience the panorama of the Saxon Switzerland back-country.
Rustic evenings at the campfire, contemplative hours on the south terrace or balcony and romance with candle light in the cellar vault are to complete a perfect vacation. For fitness balance you can use our ping-pong table, Badminton as well as board and dice games. You find a free open-air swimming pool in the neighbour village. Next to our yard is the land bakery shop.

We would like to invite you to our comfortably furnished apartment (for 2-5 persons) in the village Mittelndorf, located in the Saxon Switzerland. Our village is in close proximity to the spa town Bad Schandau and is ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland. Here is also a transportation link with the bus, heading towards the large district town Sebnitz and Bad Schandau.
