In Saxon Switzerland the hotel Albrechtshof is a good choice for a well and cheap vacation, celebrating or recovering in the calm nature. Very well suited for groups of all kinds. Situated in its own forest park on a light hill in the air health resort Gohrisch the atmosphere is calm and recreative. Königstein and Bad Schandau are both only 3km away. The next larger places are Pirna and Dresden. Use the advantages of Saxon Switzerland with its wonderful look-outs, over 1200 km signposted hiking trails and over 120 sights of baroque which can be seen on a steamboat trip. Favorable starting point for trips into the Saxon Switzerland, to Dresden it is 40km which takes just 45minutes with rapid-transit railway.

Our small resort Thürmsdorf lies close to the fortress Königstein. Our holiday room is ideal for calm and recreative days as well as for many trips into our beautiful Elbe Sandstone Mountains. The Bastei, the rock stage in Rathen and the Schrammsteine are worth a trip.
The cultural cities Dresden and Meißen can be approached fast by car and with the rapid-transit railway.
In our room TV and refrigerator are present. Preparing a small meal is uncomplicated and a small terrace invites for breakfast in the sun.

We offer a comfortable holiday apartment (55 sqm) for 2-4 persons in the district Pfaffendorf of the town Königstein, located in a quiet yet central location. On request we can provide you with a second bedroom. Ideal for organizing a family holiday including excellent hiking opportunities and trips to bigger cities, such as Dresden, Meissen and Prague, which all can be easily reached by car, tram or boat.
