Unser Haus ist sowohl idealer Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungsreisen durch das Elbsandsteingebirge, als auch Ruhepol für entspannte Stunden. Auch Ausflüge nach Dresden oder ins tschechische Nachbarland, z. Bsp. nach Prag, sind von hier aus gut möglich.
Keine 5 Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Dorfladen/Imbiss, bei dem Sie ab 06:30 Uhr frische Bäckerbrötchen und vieles mehr kaufen oder auch gemütlich frühstücken können

Guests have been lodging in our Lindenhof hotel in Bad Schandau for more than one hundred years. In 1832, Prince Johann of Saxony visited our hotel for several days.
Ever since the hotel kept its hospitably tradition. Upon arriving you will be delighted by the charm of our familial hotel. All of the 41 rooms - 6 single rooms, 18 double rooms, 9 mansards, 8 superior doublerooms - are arranged in the best of taste and very comfortable.
The in room amenities include a shower, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a mini-bar. Some double rooms and superior double rooms have got a balcony with a view at the park. On request extra beds are also possible in superior double roms. There is an elevator to every floor.

Enjoy the modern, rural flair in our 3 new comfortably furnished holiday apartments. Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Internet access and the telephone can be used for a fee.

Our holiday flat and guestrooms are located in a calm position, near a forest, at the end of the village Prossen.
Our vacation rentals are usually preferred by little groups, families but as well by single travellers. For guests who come by car we have enough parking space available.
Our house also includes a renting service for bikes, cars and minibusses. The ones who favor a more adventurous exploration of the surrounding area we offer four-wheelers for rent.

Unser Boutique-Gästehaus steht zentral am Basteiplatz, dort, wo die Kirnitzsch das Elbtal erreicht. Vor der Tür liegen Kurpark, Promenade, Fähre und Therme. Das über 300 Jahre alte denkmalgeschützte Haus wurde behutsam saniert und dabei freigelegt, was die alte Kurstadt vom Klassizismus bis zur Belle Époque hinterlassen hat: Sandstein, Stuck, alte Balken und viel Holz. Geheizt wird mit Erdwärme, aus der ersten Geothermiebohrung mitten in der Stadt.

Im Haus gibt es drei eigenständige Apartments auf drei Etagen, jedes rund 45 m² für bis zu vier Personen. Jedes ist hochwertig ausgestattet, mit Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett 1,60 x 2,00 m), Bad, voll eingerichteter Küche, eigener Sauna, TV und schnellem WLAN. Dazu kommt eine Terrasse oder ein Balkon über der Kirnitzsch. Ein Stellplatz gehört kostenfrei dazu. Das Haus ist ein Nichtraucherhaus, die Etagen erreicht ihr über Treppen.

Ins Kirnitzschtal, auf die Felsen oder nach Dresden nehmen euch Bahn, Bus und Schiff mit. Die Gästekarte Sächsische Schweiz mobil steckt in der Gästetaxe.

Von der Terrasse können Sie den schönen Ausblick zum Lilienstein und über das Elbtal zu den Bärensteinen und den Rauenstein genießen.
