The architectural ensemble of the Parkhotel is characterised by two lovingly restored villas and the relocated building of the "Residenz Elbblick". Altogether they form a perfect composition of history and modernity. The in room amenities of the 73 modern rooms include a shower or a bathroom, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and Internet. There is an elevator to every floor.

Zur Verfügung stehen ein Ferienhaus und eine Ferienwohnung mit je 2 Betten. Bei beiden Objekten wird eine Endreinigung in Höhe von 30€ berechnet.
Unser Grundstück befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ca. 3km entfernt vom Kurort Bad Schandau. Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele sind von uns gut erreichbar.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Von Bad Schandau haben Sie eine gute S-Bahnanbindung in die Kunststadt Dresden. Eine Anlegestelle der Elbdampfer befindet sich ebenfalls in Bad Schandau.

Our vacation home was lovingly reconditioned by us. The inviting 50sqm large holiday flat has one separate entrance and can be used by 2 adults and 1 kid. In addition a large dwelling with kitchenette, dinette and lounge, separate bedroom with a bed (180 x 200 cm) and one roll bed (190x 80 cm), as well as a large bath with tub/shower and WC. The dwelling is equipped with radio, television, WLAN, towels and bed linen.
In front of the entrance is a large sheltered terrace, directly at the garden with view to the forest. For the garden 2 sun chairs are available and your car can be parked in the garage.
Baker roll service Monday-Saturday possible. We were certified again in 2007 and received 3 stars.
Minimum are 5 days.

Conveniently situated in the rock area of the Ochelwände, the Ochelbaude offers a simple overnight accomodation - ideal for students, associations, nature friends - with group meetings, in particular for class trips and holidays spare time. Here between Bad Schandau and Hohnstein are the starting points of the most well-known hiking areas.

Our holiday flat and guestrooms are located in a calm position, near a forest, at the end of the village Prossen.
Our vacation rentals are usually preferred by little groups, families but as well by single travellers. For guests who come by car we have enough parking space available.
Our house also includes a renting service for bikes, cars and minibusses. The ones who favor a more adventurous exploration of the surrounding area we offer four-wheelers for rent.

Unsere Ferienwohnung auf unserem ehemaligen Bauernhof ist mit 50 qm und separatem Eingang für 2 bis 3 Gäste geeignet. Interessieren Sie sich für das bäuerliche Leben vergangener Generationen, sind Sie herzlich in unser kleines Bauernmuseum eingeladen. Von der Terrasse können Sie den schönen Ausblick zum Lilienstein und über das Elbtal zu den Bärensteinen und den Rauenstein genießen.

Welcome to the village Waltersdorf, a borough of the town Bad Schandau. Waltersdorf is located beautifully in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, also known as the Saxon Switzerland.The most popular table mountain of Saxon Switzerland, the Lilienstein, is in close proximity. Likewise alot of other attractions worth visiting are the famous lookout-point Bastei, the health resort Rathen, the Gamrig mountain, the Polenztal valley and of course the town Bad Schandau. For climbing and hiking tours, our house is an ideal starting point.
