Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.

Welcome to the village Waltersdorf, a borough of the town Bad Schandau. Waltersdorf is located beautifully in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, also known as the Saxon Switzerland.The most popular table mountain of Saxon Switzerland, the Lilienstein, is in close proximity. Likewise alot of other attractions worth visiting are the famous lookout-point Bastei, the health resort Rathen, the Gamrig mountain, the Polenztal valley and of course the town Bad Schandau. For climbing and hiking tours, our house is an ideal starting point.

Die neu, modern und liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bietet bis zu 4 Personen Platz für erholsame und erlebnisreiche Urlaubstage im Elbsandsteingebirge.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ca. 55 m² groß.
Sie verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke, Sat-TV, Bücher und Spiele und einen Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen.
In der Küche sind Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, 4-Zonen-Cerankochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube und Mikrowelle vorhanden.
Das große Bad mit Fenster verügt über eine Dusche, WC und Föhn.
Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett (180x200) und ein Einzelbett.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der 1. Etage unseres Fachwerkhauses.

Unsere Ferienwohnung auf unserem ehemaligen Bauernhof ist mit 50 qm und separatem Eingang für 2 bis 3 Gäste geeignet. Interessieren Sie sich für das bäuerliche Leben vergangener Generationen, sind Sie herzlich in unser kleines Bauernmuseum eingeladen. Von der Terrasse können Sie den schönen Ausblick zum Lilienstein und über das Elbtal zu den Bärensteinen und den Rauenstein genießen.

Our 2 stars vacation home is directly at the Elbradweg bike route in Prossen, a very idyllic location in the heart of Saxon Switzerland. It is a central starting point for trips and hikes into the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Enjoy the undisturbed panorama view on the Elbe river directly from the house.
The dwelling is equipped modern and offers with additional beds place for up to 3 persons. Pets are cordially welcome us.

If you like to spend your vacation in the nature and apart from all noise, then you are at the right place. We offer a holiday house for 2-3 persons.
