You live in our cosy vacation home with up to 4 persons. Nearby the forest, you can enjoy recreation from the everyday life, with hikes or bike and climbing trips. Our guests get inspired by the unique landscape of the national park and the mountain country of the Lausitz again and again.
We offer you a dwelling with seperate entrance. This includes kitchen, shower with WC and 2 rooms with 2 beds each. You can have breakfast on your terrace, or also a sheltered seat in the garden. We speak german and if desired we can recommend some of the most beautiful hiking destinies in direct environment.

Das WALDGUT wurde mit dem Ziel gegründet, eine harmonische Verbindung zwischen Natur und gehobenem Komfort zu schaffen.
Wir engagieren uns aktiv für den Naturschutz und ermöglichen unseren Gästen unvergessliche Erlebnisse inmitten der atemberaubenden Landschaft der Sächsischen Schweiz.

Natürliche Materialien, warme Farben und liebevolle Details schaffen in unseren Zimmern und Apartments eine ruhige, wohnliche Atmosphäre. Im Naturhotel WALDGUT in der Sächsischen Schweiz genießen Sie erholsame Nächte, sanftes Erwachen und den Blick vom Balkon oder der Terrasse in Wald und Garten. Ein Großteil unserer Zimmer ist bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar.

Unser Waldchalet in der Sächsischen Schweiz ist exklusiv für Gruppen bis 12 Personen buchbar, verfügt über 6 Doppelzimmer, eine eigene Küche und bietet viel Privatsphäre – ideal für Familien, Freunde oder kleine Gruppen, die Natur, Ruhe und gemeinsame Zeit verbinden möchten.

Die Bewirtung findet leider nach der Schließung nur am Imbißstand statt.

Ein Besuch lohnt sich trotzdem wegen der Nationalpark-Informationsstelle im Eishaus.

Achtung: Seit 2017 werden keine Buchungen für Übernachtungen mehr entgegengenommen.

Unser Ferienhaus „Talblick“ liegt auf Sonnenseite, direkt am Waldrand des Hohwaldes. Das 30km² große Waldgebiet bildet die Grenze zwischen dem Tourismusgebiet Sächsische Schweiz und der Oberlausitz. Das wunderschöne Wandergebiet beginnt direkt ab der Unterkunft.
Wer die Ruhe und Schönheit der Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig, auch mit dem E-Bike (Unterstellmöglichkeit vorhanden) oder dem Familienmitglied Hund.
In unserem Ferienhaus gibt es auch eine kleine Sauna.
Tagestouren mit dem Fahrzeug von einer halben bis einer Stunde führen in die Zentren der Sächsischen- und Böhmischen Schweiz, nach Dresden, Bautzen oder Görlitz.

We will welcome you with a drink and advise you: Whether you would like to explore the stunning rocky landscape in adventurous climbing tours or unhurried promenades, whether you are interested in culture or history or you would like to swim or to ride on horses - we tell you, where you can do it. If desired, we organize in advance tickets for concerts, opera, sports...

The dwelling offers an optimal starting point for hikes into Saxon Switzerland.
Well-known destinies like the small Bärenstein, Rauenstein, the health resort Rathen with Bastei and fortress Königstein can be visited in half or full-day trips.
The state capital Dresden, the back country of Saxon Switzerland and the Bielatal valley are comfortably approachable by car, bus or rapid-transit railway. On our large south-oriented balcony you can relax in peace in the evenings.

Our house is directly on the bank of the Elbe in the town Wehlen, calm although central situated and oriented to the south. From our terrace and the vacation rooms you have a fantastic view on the Elbe, the rock formations of the Bastei the famous sandstone area "Weiße Brüche".
For a recreative vacation in Saxon Switzerland we offer you two vacation homes and two appartements for 2 to 3 persons. The two vacation homes are in the 1st floor and the appartements in the top floor of our house.
