Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Our vacation homes lies in the center of Saxon Switzerland directly in „Prossner Gründel" valley. The Elbe, the Elbradweg bike route and the sandstone are close and thus invite for sporty activities, (water sport, bike tours, climbing and hiking).

Holiday House for 12 people. You can stay here for 77,- Euro per night. Additional costs (electricity, water) depending on consumption.
Special offer: You can stay here 14 nights and pay only 13 nights. The nature is unique and wild-romantic. You can go walking, climbing, cycling or going by boat.

Die Apartments sind auch kombinierbar mit unserer benachbarten Pension wo es auch Frühstück gibt was man dazu buchen kann.

With the ferry you can reach easily the other river bank, where you can visit for example the fortress Königstein…

Sitzecke mit Grillmöglichkeit für jede Ferienwohnung. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Bäcker in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier sind Sie auch ohne Auto mobil, denn Bus, Bahn und Schiff erreichen Sie beqem zu Fuß. Auch Wanderungen können Sie von Ihrer Ferienwohnung aus starten. Neben dem Königstein sind auch der Pfaffenstein, der Quirl und der Lilienstein mit Halbtageswanderungen zu erkunden. Der Malerweg führt direkt an unserer Tür vorbei.

Start your hikes from our house into the back country of Saxon Switzerland and into Bohemian Switzerland. You will be rewarded with wonderful panoramic views on idylic landscapes and bizarre sandstone rocks.

Our recently opened campsite, Kemp Děčín is trying to fulfill all ideas about quality accommodation especially for bike tourism on the newly opened Elbe Cycle Route. It also offers a comfortable stay for in-line skating and water sports enthusiasts, climbers, bikers, traveled tourists, caravan owners and all other fans of an active lifestyle.

Our house is situated in a more elevated quarter of Bad Schandau.
We offer one friendly furnished vacation home for 2-3 persons. It is an ideal starting point for hikes into the mountain world of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland.
