Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt nahe der weltberühmten Bastei. Sie befindet sich im Haupthaus in der ersten Etage und hat einen separaten Eingang. Mit einer Gesamtfläche von 90 m² ist sie für maximal 6 Personen geeignet.
Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit SAT-TV, Radio, zwei separaten Schlafräumen mit Doppelbetten, einer komplett eingerichteten Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Ceranfeld, und sonstigen elektrischen Geräten sowie einem Bad mit Du/WC und Fußbodenheizung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher auf Wunsch vorhanden. Eine PKW-Stellfläche ist auf dem Grundstück. Fahrräder und Motoräder können eingeschlossen werden.
Auf dem Grundstück steht eine gemütliche, überdachte Sitzecke mit Grill zur Verfügung. Zu mieten ist die Ferienwohnung von Mai bis Oktober. Der Preis für die Endreinigung beträgt 15,00 Euro.

Visit our idyllic and calm holiday house with mountain view and pure nature. You will relax undisturbed in a separate vacation house with private property. Even your children will love this place, as the holiday house is far from traffic roads.
For a active recreation like hiking or climbing, our holiday house is central starting point. The near-by " Toscana thermae" (Wellness bath) in Bad Schandau as well as other recreation offerings are also highly regarded destinies.

Our 2 stars vacation home is directly at the Elbradweg bike route in Prossen, a very idyllic location in the heart of Saxon Switzerland. It is a central starting point for trips and hikes into the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Enjoy the undisturbed panorama view on the Elbe river directly from the house.
The dwelling is equipped modern and offers with additional beds place for up to 3 persons. Pets are cordially welcome us.

We offer a cosy holiday flat for 2 persons, in a sunny and calm, but central location, directly at the Elbradweg, with view on the Lilienstein. Our Holiday flat (24sqm) consists of a practical combined apartment/sleep area, a small kitchen, Shower/WC and is equipped with SAT TV, DVD player and Radio/CD. It has a separate entrance and is parterre. In addition a half-sheltered terrace with wood garden furniture.
Your car can stay in the parking lot of our property.
Gladly you can rent our bicycles for a bike trip on the Elbradweg bike route.

Das Ferienhaus bietet Ihnen Raum für ganz individuelle Ferien. Es ist Platz für 2-4 Personen. Im Erdgeschoß des Hauses finden sie den Wohnraum mit Kachelofen und Satelliten-TV, eine kleine Küche und das Bad mit Dusche und WC. Im oberen Geschoß ist das Schlafzimmer. Eine sonnige Terrasse mit Sitzecke befindet sich gleich vor der Tür.

Zusätzlich bieten wir für Wanderer auf dem Malerweg noch eine kleine Ferienwohnung für Kurzübernachtungen an.

#Wanderhütte

Die Wohnung ist nahe am Waldrand gelegen. Von hier sind schöne Wanderungen, auch ohne das Auto zu benutzen, möglich. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich die Festung Königstein, der Pfaffenstein und das Wander- und Klettergebiet Bielatal/Ottomühle.
Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Felsenlabyrinth Langenhennersdorf ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel.
Die Böhmische Schweiz ist von uns leicht zu erreichen. Sie können hier den höchsten Berg des Elbsandsteingebirges (Hoher Schneeberg) oder die Tyssaer Wände erwandern.
In Königstein befindet sich auch die Anlegestelle der Elbdampfer.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. Our holiday flat and guestrooms are located in a calm position, near a forest, at the end of the village Prossen.
Our vacation rentals are usually preferred by little groups, families but as well by single travellers. For guests who come by car we have enough parking space available.
Our house also includes a renting service for bikes, cars and minibusses. The ones who favor a more adventurous exploration of the surrounding area we offer four-wheelers for rent.
