Enjoy the modern, rural flair in our 3 new comfortably furnished holiday apartments. Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Internet access and the telephone can be used for a fee.

Welcome to the village Waltersdorf, a borough of the town Bad Schandau. Waltersdorf is located beautifully in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, also known as the Saxon Switzerland.The most popular table mountain of Saxon Switzerland, the Lilienstein, is in close proximity. Likewise alot of other attractions worth visiting are the famous lookout-point Bastei, the health resort Rathen, the Gamrig mountain, the Polenztal valley and of course the town Bad Schandau. For climbing and hiking tours, our house is an ideal starting point.

Am Fuße des Großen Winterberges liegt die ca.68qm große Erdgeschosswohnung mit innenliegendem Badezimmer. Sie bietet außerdem einen herrlichen Blick über Schmilka. Die Lage direkt am Wald ist ein Paradies für Kinder, die herzlich Willkommen sind. In Saxon Switzerland the hotel Albrechtshof is a good choice for a well and cheap vacation, celebrating or recovering in the calm nature. Very well suited for groups of all kinds. Situated in its own forest park on a light hill in the air health resort Gohrisch the atmosphere is calm and recreative. Königstein and Bad Schandau are both only 3km away. The next larger places are Pirna and Dresden. Use the advantages of Saxon Switzerland with its wonderful look-outs, over 1200 km signposted hiking trails and over 120 sights of baroque which can be seen on a steamboat trip. Or you follow the traces of historical Dresden with its rebuild Church of Our Lady, or get inspired by visiting a performance in the Semper opera or one of the many attractive museums. Of course the modern Dresden is really quite worth a visit as well.

Our 2 stars vacation home is directly at the Elbradweg bike route in Prossen, a very idyllic location in the heart of Saxon Switzerland. It is a central starting point for trips and hikes into the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Enjoy the undisturbed panorama view on the Elbe river directly from the house.
The dwelling is equipped modern and offers with additional beds place for up to 3 persons. Pets are cordially welcome us.
