Saupsdorf is situated at the outskirts of Saxon Switzerland and very calm, convenient and offers perfect recreation. It is a very good starting point for hikes into the Saxonian and also Bohemian Switzerland. Moreover our state capital Dresden can be approached in 50 km and it is just 18km to the health resort Bad Schandau.
Our vacation home is in the middle of the village, but not directly lain at the road.
It is in the ground floor with seperate entrance.
An apartment and a sleep area with mini kitchen,
Seperate room with bunk bed is part of the dwelling.
Heating, Lounge and BBQ are also present.

Das Ferienhaus ist neu gebaut und vollkommen separat. Sie finden hier Platz für 2 bis 4 Personen (ca. 46m²).
Die neu gebauten Ferienwohnungen RUTH und KURT im Hauptgebäude bieten jeweils auf 44m² Platz für je 2 bis 4 Personen.
Die beiden Ferienwohnungen eignen sich bei gleichzeitiger Anmietung für gemeinsam reisende Paare oder größere Familien.
Die Schäferhütte wurde 2025 neu gebaut und steht unseren Gästen im Außenbereich zur Verfügung. Durch die zentrale Lage ist Papstdorf ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Elbsandsteingebirge.
Der 451 Meter hohe Tafelberg "Papststein" liegt direkt bei Papstdorf. Der Aufstieg erfolgt über Treppen und Felsspalten und man wird mit einem atemberaubenden Rundblick über das Elbsandsteingebirge belohnt. Auf dem Gipfel befindet sich eine Berggaststätte, die ganzjährig geöffnet ist. Der Papststein ist auch eine Station des bekannten Malerweges.

Zwei gemütliche Ferienwohnungen in landschaftlich schöner Lage, ruhig gelegen. ie Ferienwohnungen verfügen über 1x 4 Betten und 1x 2 Betten.
Sitzecke mit Grillmöglichkeit für jede Ferienwohnung. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Bäcker in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier sind Sie auch ohne Auto mobil, denn Bus, Bahn und Schiff erreichen Sie beqem zu Fuß. Auch Wanderungen können Sie von Ihrer Ferienwohnung aus starten. Neben dem Königstein sind auch der Pfaffenstein, der Quirl und der Lilienstein mit Halbtageswanderungen zu erkunden. Der Malerweg führt direkt an unserer Tür vorbei.

The holiday house lies on a former barnyard in the municipality Lohmen. On our property we still do agriculture to a small extent, while you can enjoy our farm animals. Our property is in the middle of the village at a very calm road.
The holiday house consists of 3 vacation homes for 2-4 persons (additional beds possible). All dwellings are equipped with Sat TV. Towels and bedlinen are inclusive. The renting is possible during the whole year. Moreover we have a terrace with BBQ possibility and parking lots.

Herzlich willkommen: Im Ferienhaus für 5 Personen oder in der Ferienwohnung für 3 Personen. Sie verbringen Ihre Urlaubstage im Ortsteil Schöna. Dieser liegt im Elbsandsteingebirge, eingebettet von unseren "Hausbergen" der Kaiserkrone und dem Zirkelstein. Der höchste Berg der Sächsischen Schweiz, der große Zschirnstein, befindet sich ebenfalls hier.
Ruhe und Entspannung sind hier Programm. Durch die gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn erreichen die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos auch ohne PKW.
Der Malerweg ist einer der schönsten Wanderwege Deutschlands. Etappe 6 dieses Weges verläuft durch unseren Ort.

You live in a comfortable vacation home, which is equipped for 2 the persons. It has a modern heating, telephone and a SAT-TV. The vacation home can be used from May to October. Of course a Carport is present. In good weather the meadow and a pavilion with BBQ possibility can be used. Furthermore also a summer-house is available. Bedlinen and towels belong also to the equipment. Our vacation home is an ideal point of expeditions of all kinds: bike, hiking and tours in the region of the Bielatal as well as the entire Saxon Switzerland. A bus stop of the line to Königstein is only 3 minutes away. The city Königstein (10km away) is a popular point to start trips on the Elbe to Dresden and Czech Republic.

Welcome to the village Waltersdorf, a borough of the town Bad Schandau. Waltersdorf is located beautifully in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, also known as the Saxon Switzerland.The most popular table mountain of Saxon Switzerland, the Lilienstein, is in close proximity. Likewise alot of other attractions worth visiting are the famous lookout-point Bastei, the health resort Rathen, the Gamrig mountain, the Polenztal valley and of course the town Bad Schandau. For climbing and hiking tours, our house is an ideal starting point.
