Haus Felsengrund retreat centre is situated around 35 km (approx. 22 miles) from Dresden in the quaint village of Rathen with a direct view of the Elbe river and the famous Bastei, landmark and one of the most breathtaking rock formations of “Saxon Switzerland”. Wir haben das Ferienhaus 2017 komplett saniert. Es bietet Ihnen auf 150 qm alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen und ist ausgestattet für 6 bis 8 Personen. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 separate Bäder, einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche sowie einer urigen Sitzecke am Haus. Grill, Räucherofen und Feuerstelle sind vorhanden.
Das Haus wird nur komplett und ab mindestens 5 Tagen Aufenthalt vermietet (Nichtraucherhaus). Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht. Am Haus befinden sich 3 Parkplätze.

Das Hotel im Grünen verbindet Erlebnis und Entspannung gleichermaßen. Hier im Herzen der Sächsischen Schweiz finden sich jede Menge Gründe für Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren entlang des Elberadwegs. Die Grundmühle dient dabei als idealer Ausgangspunkt. Zudem können Sie als Gast unseres Hauses die umliegenden öVPN kostenlos nutzen. Zur Erholung bietet Ihnen das Hotel zudem noch eine original finnische Sauna.

In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. It is just the multifaceted nature of the landscapes which assures that the entire family will never be bored. The walking paths range from easy and flat to very steep and varied for more adventure. The climbs in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are legendary, leading you along the cliff top, which are equipped with iron ladders and steps.

The holiday house lies on a former barnyard in the municipality Lohmen. On our property we still do agriculture to a small extent, while you can enjoy our farm animals. Our property is in the middle of the village at a very calm road.
The holiday house consists of 3 vacation homes for 2-4 persons (additional beds possible). All dwellings are equipped with Sat TV. Towels and bedlinen are inclusive. The renting is possible during the whole year. Moreover we have a terrace with BBQ possibility and parking lots.

Our holiday house has 2 bedrooms, 2 Showers/WC, separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. In front of the holiday house is a cosy lounge and in the garden a fire place. Parking on property is possible.

Wir laden Sie ein in unser Ferienhaus in Rathmannsdorf OT Höhe im Herzen der Sächsischen Schweiz. Rathmannsdorf ist ein kleiner idyllischer Ort und grenzt direkt an den Kurort Bad Schandau. Die zentrale Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zu allen bekannten Wander- und Ausflugszielen der Sächsischen Schweiz. Bis zum Grenzübergang nach Tschechien sind es ca.10 km. In Bad Schandau befinden sich die Anlegestellen der Elbschiffahrt und der Bahnhof. Im S-Bahn-Verkehr erreichen Sie auch in kurzer Zeit die Kunststadt Dresden.
Unser Ferienhaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Duschen/WC; sep. Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle etc. Vor dem FH befindet sich eine gemütliche Sitzecke und im Garten eine Feuerstelle. Parken im Grundstück ist möglich.
Pro Belegung werden 40 € Endreinigung fällig. Kleine Vierbeiner kosten pro Nacht 5€ extra.

Holiday house in central and calm setting with beautiful panoramic view. The house consists of 3 separate vacation homes with balcony or terrace and one comfortable double room for breakfast. Cosy sheltered BBQ place with billiard room available. A store, bakery and cafe house are just few walking minutes away.

Our holiday house is characterized by a central, calm setting, a fantastic view and comfortable equipment. Available are apartments for 2 and 2-5 persons, which can be entered separately over a staircase. Lovingly designed in the modern country house style and comfortable equipment, a recreational stay in Elbe Sandstone Mountains is ensured.
The large and small sun terrace in the green garden and the balcony invite with garden furniture and sun couches to stay and relax.

The vacation home is convenient and central, situated in the ground level of our house which can be found right behind the hotel "Sigls". Renting possible during the whole year.
When driving on autobahn A17, then take the B172 highway to Bad Schandau (market) and change direction towards Hinterhermsdorf along the river Kirnitzsch until you reach the hotel "Sigls". You are just 300m away from the center (river Elbe).
