Das mondäne, im edlen Bäderstil liebevoll denkmalgerecht sanierte Gebäude ist benannt nach der Tochter des ehemaligen Besitzers, Rudolf Hering. Dieser bewirtschaftete seinerzeit auch das im Haus befindliche Cafe Richter.
Die zwei nach besten baubiologischen Erkenntnissen renovierten Premium-Apartments lassen keine Wünsche offen für den Urlaub im Elbsandsteingebirge.
