Unsere zwei Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zueinander, am Ortsrand in ruhiger Lage mit fantastischen Panoramablick in die Bergwelt der Sächsischen-Böhmischen Schweiz. Beide Wohnungen bieten Platz für maximal 4 Erwachsene Personen plus Aufbettung.
Erholung pur für die ganze Familie. Fewo 1 mit seperaten Eingang (Paterre), Fewo 2 im Obergeschoss mit Panoramablick.

Unser Waldhaus (Neubau 2010) befindet sich in traumhafter Natur- und Bergkulisse im Ortsteil Ebenheit am Fuße des Liliensteins. Vom Haus und dem großen Garten eröffnet sich ein herrlicher Blick über das Elbtal, die Tafelberge der Sächsischen Schweiz und zur berühmten Festung Königstein.
Die beiden separaten Ferienwohnungen verfügen über eine komfortable Ausstattung mit Kamin und Echtholzmöbeln und bieten Platz für je 4 - 6 Personen. Ruhe und Entspannung sind an diesem Fleckchen Erde im Elbsandsteingebirge garantiert - wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch.

Our holiday homes are all in one house. Starting from our apartment type 2 (2 beds) is in the ground floor with one cosy dwelling and 1 sleep area, additional beds in the dwelling are possible. Apartment type 3 (4 beds) is in the 2nd floor with a cosy dwelling, a bedroom and a sleep area. For both apartment types, the dwellings are equipped with cosy corners in the garden and BBQ possibility.

Cosy sheltered BBQ place with billiard room available. A store, bakery and cafe house are just few walking minutes away.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Welcome to the village Waltersdorf, a borough of the town Bad Schandau. Waltersdorf is located beautifully in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, also known as the Saxon Switzerland.The most popular table mountain of Saxon Switzerland, the Lilienstein, is in close proximity. Likewise alot of other attractions worth visiting are the famous lookout-point Bastei, the health resort Rathen, the Gamrig mountain, the Polenztal valley and of course the town Bad Schandau. For climbing and hiking tours, our house is an ideal starting point.

Unsere individuell und komplett neu ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (50 qm) für 2 Personen (Aufbettung über Schlafcouch möglich) befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang, umgeben von viel Grün und Blick auf die umliegenden Tafelberge.
Für weitere zwei Personen steht in der oberen Etage (+25qm) des Hauses (über eine Innentreppe erreichbar) ein weiteres Schlafzimmer sowie ein größeres Bad mit WC, Wanne und Dusche zur Verfügung.
Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Malerweg.

Enjoy the modern, rural flair in our 3 new comfortably furnished holiday apartments. Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Internet access and the telephone can be used for a fee.
