Calm, bright and convenient with parking lot in front of the house. From our property you can enjoy a beautiful view into the Elbtal valley with fortress Königstein and Lilienstein. The location is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours into Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland.

Our holiday flat and guestrooms are located in a calm position, near a forest, at the end of the village Prossen.
Our vacation rentals are usually preferred by little groups, families but as well by single travellers. For guests who come by car we have enough parking space available.
Our house also includes a renting service for bikes, cars and minibusses. The ones who favor a more adventurous exploration of the surrounding area we offer four-wheelers for rent.

Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.

Our cosy family-led land hotel with terrace and children's playground, is close to the castles Hohnstein and Stolpen at the Polenztal and the Bastei. Get spoiled by our Saxonian kitchen; particularly the domestic wild specialities and enjoy our comfortable hotel rooms.
The hotel is an ideal starting point for hiking and climbing in Saxon Switzerland, for trips into the art and cultural city Dresden and environment, as well as to Prague.

Auf dem Ferienhof Hering werden derzeit 3 Fewos vermietet die jeweils über zwei bzw. drei getrennte Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Bad mit Dusche und WC verfügen. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss (renoviert 2015) ist bequem für 6 Personen geeignet und verfügt über eine komplette Einbauküche mit allem nötigen Zubehör. Die große Wohnung (80 m²) in der ersten Etage, die wir 2014 saniert haben, verfügt über eine Einkaubküche mit Herd und Geschirrspüler, einen großen Balkon und bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen + Kleinkind. Die kleinere Wohnung in der 1. Etage (50 m²), auch im Jahr 2015 saniert bzw. neu geschaffen, verfügt ebenfalls über eine komplette Einbauküche, zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett, das andere mit Doppelstockbett, Bad mit DU/WC und Wohnbereich.
Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich ein Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtisch, Dart und Gesellschaftsspielen, der zu gemütlichen Abenden einlädt und von allen Gästen genutzt werden kann. Im Hof steht ein gemauerter Grill und Tische und Bänke zum Entspannen.

Wo einst Züge hielten, um Menschen auf Reisen zu schicken, beginnt heute eine andere Art von Reise: die in den Urlaub. Das ehemalige Bahnhofsgebäude wurde mit feinem Gespür für Architektur und Stil in 7 exklusive Appartements verwandelt. Hohe Räume, edle Oberflächen und liebevoll erhaltene Originalelemente verschmelzen zu einem harmonischen Gesamtbild. Ein Ort, an dem Geschichte stilvoll neu gedacht wurde. Und als besonderes Highlight können Sie hier auch auf Ihrer eigenen Terrasse entspannen. Gästekinder lieben den Spielplatz direkt am Haus.
Für Wanderungen auf dem Malerweg oder zum Brandgebiet bei Hohnstein startet man direkt von hier.
Nur noch alle zwei Stunden hält am historischen Bahnhof die Nationalpark-Bahn – wahlweise in Richtung Děčín oder Rumburk - quer durch die Nationalparks Sächsische und Böhmische Schweiz.

Our approx. 60 sqm large vacation home is on a calm property in the ground floor and approachable over a separate entrance. The sunny meadow, the small children playground with sand box, chute, swing and the campfire place are particularly well suitable for our guests with children. In the evening you can finish your eventful days on our terrace with BBQ or at the campfire place. You can leave your car on a parking lot at the house. The regional train station Lohmen is about 10 minutes walking away. Pets on request.

Die moderne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung für bis 4 Personen (64qm) liegt wunderbar ruhig am Orts- und Waldrand. Sie verfügt neben den Zimmern
über eine komplette gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, 2x Dusche und 2x WC, offenen Innenkamin, 2 außenliegende überdachte Terrassen mit schönem freien Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen ebenerdigen Zugang und ist mit Gartennutzung seniorengerecht, aber auch kinderfreundlich. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
Die Wohnung ist allergikergeeignet. Sie ist direkter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen im Nationalpark.

Our Apartment is located in an new living house. It is central und quiet situated at the foot of the mountain Pfaffenstein.
From here you may like to enjoy the beautyful view over fortress Königstein and the rock needle of mountain Pfaffenstein. You also can hike both from our place.
The village Pfaffendorf and its surroundings are excellent for lovely walks and great hikes. It is also a good starting point for trips to Dresden, Stolpen or The Tschech Republik.
We rent out the apartment all year through for at least 3 nights.

Herzlich willkommen: Im Ferienhaus für 5 Personen oder in der Ferienwohnung für 3 Personen. Sie verbringen Ihre Urlaubstage im Ortsteil Schöna. Dieser liegt im Elbsandsteingebirge, eingebettet von unseren "Hausbergen" der Kaiserkrone und dem Zirkelstein. Der höchste Berg der Sächsischen Schweiz, der große Zschirnstein, befindet sich ebenfalls hier.
Ruhe und Entspannung sind hier Programm. Durch die gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn erreichen die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos auch ohne PKW.
Der Malerweg ist einer der schönsten Wanderwege Deutschlands. Etappe 6 dieses Weges verläuft durch unseren Ort.
